The Winter Fancy Food Show

     The journey continues, and we are ready.  Viviana Foods will be attending one of the largest specialty food and beverage events called The Winter Fancy Food Show on January 20 - 22, 2013 at The Moscone Center in San Francisco,CA. This is the West Coast's largest specialty food and beverage event. 
     National Association for the Specialty Food Trade is putting on the 38th annual  Winter Fancy Food Show, The best way to describe this spectacular event is outlined in this video below:



     The Winter Fancy Food Show creates opportunities for buyers to discover innovative new products in targeted showcases and enjoy informative cooking demos from Celebrity Chefs. In addition,15+ educational seminars and tours addressing the basics of specialty food, social media marketing and other topics important to manufacturers, food service and retailers.


     Our hand made gluten free pastas are high quality, healthy gourmet food products with exceptional flavor and will stand out in the market place for years to come.  Our current flavors are Plain Fettuccine, Garlic with Toasted Onion Fettuccine, Wild Mushroom Linguini, Sweet Potato Fettuccine, Plain Linguini, Tomato Basil Fettuccine, Spinach Basil Garlic Linguini, Plain Orzo, Lemon Garlic Orzo and Sweet Potato Orzo.....Winter Fancy Food Show, here we come!
